My wife and I moved out of state and as absentee owners needed a Realestate professional to market and sell our home in Lomita. This review is long overdue. Wyatt helped me find and close on my home in May this year (2016). Wyatt was fantastic! He is professional, knowledgeable and extremely dependable. He has been surrounded by real estate literally his entire life. The Stuckers are a multi-generational real estate family and you can see it in their son's work. Wyatt has been involved with all aspects of buying and selling homes long before he was even licensed. He located my home, walked me through all the paperwork and closed on the house all while educating me during the process. I couldn't be happier with his work. Juanita and Wyatt were fabulous. They were very thorough in explaining the process, documents, and the final offers. They insured my home was in proper order prior to the walk-through. Pictures and videos of my home were extremely professional. Wyatt even shopped for l (purchased by me) and installed extra smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alerts required. They were prompt to respond to me with any and all questions or concerns. I felt the transition was so smooth for me with their expertise and warm, and friendly assistance. We sold and bought a house with the Wyatt Stucker. Being nervous to take this journey Wyatt and Juanita made the whole experience amazing. They are professional, have contacts, and understand you and what you're looking for. They were able to not have any open houses and still sold our house in 7 days! Wyatt put us in contact with a loan officer that guided us through financing our new home. This allowed us to close in 20 days.
