Spencer Schwartz and Kristen Yule
They say a good home isn't just where you live, it's a place you ache to go back to. And that's exactly what Wyatt found for us.
When we started our search, we weren't just looking for a house. We were a two-person, two-dog family trying to picture our life a few years out. We needed more room to grow, a yard our dogs could actually stretch their legs in, and a spot close enough to family that Sunday dinners wouldn't feel like a road trip. That's an intimidating list of needs to hand someone you have only just met, yet Wyatt understood the mission and rose to the occasion with his smile and can-do attitude.
Wyatt spent months with us on our search, driving all over Orange County and the South Bay with us, week after week, and never once made us feel like we were taking too long or asking for too much. Every "this is close, but not quite it" was met with genuine curiosity instead of impatience. Every “I guess we could make this work” was questioned by Wyatt because he wanted us to find an excellent home, not a “good enough.” He’d ask what was missing, adjust, and bring us somewhere new that was just a little closer to our perfect home.
This was not The Stuckers' first time making our family feel valued, cared for, and seen. His partner, Juanita, sold Kristen’s parents their house years ago, which is the same one they still live in and love today. Because of this, the home search carried a bit of history with it, a sense that we were in good, familiar hands before we ever set foot in a single listing. Two generations, one team: the same care and attention both times.
We are beyond grateful for the Stuckers, and we have found a long-term home because of them. Wyatt and Juanita have lifetime clients in us and any of our close friends and family.
If you want to be sold a property, you can hire anyone. If you want to be listened to, seen, and have your home search treated with the same care they would put into their own family, there is no one better than the Stucker Group.
