I entered into a real estate listing agreement with Juanita and Wyatt Stucker on January 15, 2026–and the sale of my home closed and funded on March 24, 2026! Their professionalism, patience and ability to explain things in a clear and concise manner helped me feel confident and comfortable moving forward in this process. I only moved forward with assurance and the ability to look forward to all of what is in front of me due to their support and expertise . It became clear as we moved through the process with Wyatt showing brokers the property and explaining what was available to them and with reviewing the offers that came in–and there were multiple offers–my expectations were exceeded. Juanita also answered every call and text promptly and thoroughly, often anticipating my follow up questions. Juanita and Wyatt’s communications, experience and prior history with other agents in the community made this process expeditious, prosperous, and uncomplicated. Jeannette Webber

Wyatt and Juanita, Thank you for helping us sell our house on Artesia Blvd. In Torrance. It was a pleasure working with you with the both of you. I can’t believe we had offers within three days. It seemed like a roller coaster ride of twists and turns, and highs and lows. But in the end things all worked out for the grater good. The house sold.! Your knowledge and expertise with getting the job done was impeccable. My husband and I are incredibly impressed with your deep understanding of the local market and your strategic advice throughout this process. You worked at lightning speed to make our transition from California to South Carolina smooth and effortless. We are forever thankful. I will highly recommend you to my family and friends. Once again thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, Maria and Pete Simochko.

Wyatt Stucker is the best. He helped us buy our very first home as a family and we could not have done it without him. He is extremely knowledgeable and confident in his skill set as a realtor. We always knew that Wyatt was on it and could be trusted. He was super patient with us during the process and walked us through so much. We would highly recommended Wyatt to anyone looking for a realtor.

I knew Wyatt would be our lifetime Realtor when, after much negotiation with a seller we were on the cusp of closing a deal, for reasons I decided at the last moment to back out. Wyatt must have seen his commission fading away but not once did he let that influence him, only reassuring me to go with my instinct. He let his commission at that time slip away to best serve me and my family, whereas I believe most other agents would have tried to convince me to see the deal through. I knew then Wyatt was working for our best interest, not just for money. And a few months later it worked out for everyone when he landed us our amazing home! Thanks Wyatt!

My wife and I moved out of state and as absentee owners needed a Realestate professional to market and sell our home in Lomita. Wyatt has been studying the Realestate market under the guidance of Juanita for several years as he was getting his college degree. We felt Wyatt brought new technical expertise to the company that would help our home stand out among others being marketed. Wyatt was very responsive to us during this process and has a maturity and eagerness that places him far above his peers in this business. He is truly a "student" of the business. We would highly recommend Wyatt to others that may be thinking of selling or buying a new home or investment property. Since selling or buying a home is one of the biggest decisions any of us make during our lifetimes we do not make recommendations unless someone has really done an outstanding job. Wyatt is the right person to represent you.

Selling a house after a loved one has died is never easy. Trying to make sense of all the tasks involved in such a transaction is a challenge--especially when complex financial decisions come into play. Such was the case when my mom passed away last year. Her circa 50’s house was in good basic shape, but there were issues that usually come into play in an older property. Post-Covid, a recession had set in. My husband and I were concerned about trying to sell an aging property during a period when the market was softening at an alarming rate. Wyatt Stucker and his mom Juanita Stucker came to the rescue via a referral from a trusted friend. Their empathy and compassion were matched by an unusual level of professionalism and attention to detail. They helped us find stellar resources for the work of clearing, cleaning, and staging the house. They quickly identified the most qualified and serious buyers, saving us from countless hours of frustration and disappointment. They didn’t pull any punches when it came to the inevitable setbacks that come with selling a house. We were grateful for their honesty and resourcefulness during every step of the process. Ultimately, we sold the house for a fair price in a comparatively short amount of time. Not a year later my younger brother passed away in a very different part of the state of California. He was disabled, and his house was not in quite as good a shape as my mom’s. The neighborhood was very different, too. We called Wyatt for a referral to a local agent. It turned out that he was already quite familiar with the area and had a good working knowledge of the market there. We jumped on the chance to work with him again, hoping for a similar outcome. He did not disappoint. His skill, honesty, and profound knowledge of real estate made the process much easier than it would have been with a lesser agent. We would engage Wyatt again without hesitation. C. Bowen
